Ms. Naomi Carter is survived by ten children: Mattie Joiner, Dorothea Moore, Stanley Carter, Randy Carter, Christal Carter, Algine Brown, Carolyn Carter, James Carter Jr., Donna Carter, and Tosha Bailey. She is survived by three siblings, eighteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and a host of other family and friends. Naomi was loved by many and will never be forgotten. May you rest in peace our beloved matriarch.
