Ms.Lucy Bell-Ishman leaves to cherish her memory: the love of her life, Billy Ishman of East St. Louis, IL; two daughters, Kamyll (Latrell) Tompkin of Belleville, IL; Letitia Bell of East St. Louis, IL; three sons, Ricky Bell, Vincent Bell, and Ralphael Bell of East St. Louis, IL. She leaves three sisters, Annie, Addie, and Minnie Bell of East St. Louis, IL, four brothers: Charles, Larry, Johnny, and Robert Bell of East St. Louis, IL. She leaves eighteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one aunt, Bertha Re Stallworth of Chicago, IL., and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
