Ms. Barbara Williams leaves to cherish leaves behind two surviving children, Fredrick Rowe Sr. (Kim Jackson) of Belleville, IL, Claudia Palmer-Bass (Zackary Bass) of E. St. Louis, IL; one stepchild, Davonna Conners of E. St. Louis, IL; two surviving sisters, Johnie Mae Johnson of Rock Island, IL and Terry Nelson of Kansas City, MO; one surviving brother, Glenn Yarbrough of Benton Harbor, MI. Barbara also leaves behind eighteen grandchildren, and twenty plus great grandchildren.
