Obituary for Ms. Angela Peeples
Ms. Angela Tenise Peeples was born on May 30, 1978, to the late Paula and Larry Peeples Sr. She was the second of three children and a daddy’s girl, who everyone affectionately called “Angie”. Angie was educated in the St Louis Public School system where she later graduated early from Jennings Senior High School.
Later she pursued a career in nursing then had a change of heart; she then went on to work at Avis for ten plus years. Angie enjoyed having a good time and meeting new people. She had a very welcoming spirit that allowed her to get along with everyone. Her laughter alone could make the most stubborn person smile. Angie dedicated her life to taking care of family, her love knew no bounds and it brought her the most joy and lifelong memories. She had an ear for music and enjoyed dancing. Although Angie had no biological children, she claimed her nieces and nephews as her own; they all affectionately called her “TT”.
Through her life’s journey, Angela accepted Christ early on and later became a member of Zion Temple and New Northside M.B. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Angie departed life on Thursday August 3, 2023. Angela was preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Paula Peeples; brother, Larry II (Lil Larry); and her niece, Ahmira McDaniel.
Angie leaves to mourn her passing sister, Antionette McDaniel; nieces, Kiriaye Peeples and Arielle Frazier; nephew, Avione McDaniel; aunts, Celeste Peeples-Jones, Barbara Peeples, Norvella Chandler and Diane Harvey; one uncle, Marshal Peeples; one great-aunt, Leslie Coopwood; along with a host of great-nieces and nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
