Mrs. Julia McKinney is survived by her husband, Craig of Cahokia, IL; Two daughters, Traci McKinney (Darryl) of Belleville, IL, Thelma (Cortez) Kinerd of Alton, IL; four sisters, Lillie (Fred) Willis of Fairview Heights, IL, Mattie (Robert) Holmes of Chicago, IL Maggie Smith Of Alton, IL, Pearlie Talbert Of Alton, IL; three brothers, James (Cynthia) Webb, Marvin Webb, and L.D Bradford all of Edwardsville, IL; three beautiful grandchildren, Karyn Kinerd, Sharyn Kinerd, and Cortez Kinerd Jr. all of Alton, IL; special brother-in-law, Clinton McKinney of Cahokia, IL; special sister-in-law, Cita Fonville of Birmingham, AL; along with a host of nieces, nephews and many relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother, Lillie Webb; father, John Webb; and brother, Curtis Webb.
