Mr. Percy Starks leaves to celebrate his entry into glory: his son ~ Dion (Chontay) Starks; daughter ~ Tracee D. (DeAndre Sr.) Starks-Dorsey; son ~ Maurice D. Goree; grandchildren ~ DeAris J. Dorsey, DeAndre Dorsey, Jr. and DaMarion T. Dorsey; great grandson ~ Brayden J-Lee Fondren; siblings ~ Kenneth Bedford, Veronica Grace, Pamela Starks, Gregory Starks, Alma Maxwell and Michael Anthony Starks; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Percy also holds a special place in his heart for his Saints Teresa and Bridget Catholic family.
