Mr. Joseph Todd was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Ruth Todd, five siblings Diane, Ephriam (Carol), John and Florence, and a great niece Precious. Memories of JOEBOY will be cherished by his loving sister Alberta Pat Knox, a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbors.
