Mr. James E. Hill leaves to cherish his memories: wife, JoAnn; one daughter, Felicia Minor; two stepdaughters, Zinitta Hill and Dwan Johnson; one stepson, Ralph Hill; three brothers, Vernon, Robert and Louis and one sister, Loreen; nine grandchildren, Justin, Tariq, Taurus, Tierre, Septimber, Shakyla, Spring, Carlos and Cortez; and fifteen great-grandchildren. James has a host of friends and associates. He will be truly missed.
