Mr. Frederick Simmons is survived by one daughter, Tiffany Madkins; and three grandchildren, Terry Davison, IL, Ta’Myra Madkins, and Ta’Shaundra Scott of East St Louis, IL; his nine sisters, Kim (Joseph) Wade, Swansea IL, Gwendolyn (Eugene) Mays, Cahokia Heights, IL, Charlene (Cary) Lewis, Dallas TX, Tiffany Burch St. Louis, MO, Jeanette Simmons, Cahokia, IL, Gladys McCray Mobile, AL, Debra McCall, Cahokia, IL, Nadine McCanton, Cahokia, IL, Karennythia Sykes Cahokia, IL; six brothers, Pastor Vincent (Priscilla) Simmons, St. Louis, MO, Michael (Tammy) Simmons, Cahokia Height, IL, Pastor Nathaniel Hickman Nashville, TN, Rayford Hickman West Memphis, Gary Hickman Cahokia Height, IL and Darell Miles East St. Louis IL; he had a brother-n-law, Joseph JoJo Wade, that he loved as a brother, they had an occasionally slow dance; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a multitude of friends.
