Mr. Emmer Rucker leaves to celebrate his legacy a devoted wife, Mercie D. Rucker; five children, Diane, Theresa Moore, Robert, Brian (Asha), and Eric; three brothers, Melvin ( Susan), Albert (Dorthy), and Andrew (Tina); five sisters, Liz Mitchell, Daisy Phillips, Dorthy McKnight, Ruby Boyland, and Barbara Rucker-Catchup; thirty-two grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friend, and associates.
